Furniture Bank names “WOCO Woodshop”

On November 27, 2012, the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio held a small reception for WOCO Woodworkers and other guests to commemorate its 3-year-old woodshop. Jim Stein, president, announced that the woodshop was being named the “WOCO Woodshop” in recognition of all the contributions and dedication of the WOCO volunteers over the past 2 years. “This woodshop has grown so far beyond what we had ever imagined,” Jim said, “and so many families have received free tables, dressers and bed frames as a result of all your talents and hard work.” “This project is a model for many in our community to follow,” he said.
